Refund policy

At Auravelle, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened beauty, skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetic and skincare products
  • Personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
